So. A McCree manages to get line of sight on 6 players who all happen to have their sound turned off at the same time. What order do they get punished in? The first that came into McCree's line of sight? The one with the highest high noon charge? From left to right? Random?

McCree takes a few precious moments to aim; when he's ready to fire, he shoots every enemy in his line of sight. The weaker his targets are, the faster he'll line up a killshot.How much damage does McCree High Noon do?
One of the updates McCree received was for his ultimate, High Noon, and it increases the damage per second of the ability from 275 to 550 after locking onto targets for 2.5 seconds.
