How do you damage boost more as Mercy?

mercy only gets the ult charge for the demage boost kill if the person she was demage boosting gets the last hit. This is not true. Mercy gets ult charge for each piece of damage amplification.

Does Mercy damage boost give ULT?

Mercy boosts by 30% of the damage. 30%. It works great with Moira ult because her ult pierces shields and enemies and is constant damage.
