When Do Quests Cycle on HearthStone? [duplicate]

In HearthStone I can only have 3 active quests at a time. When do I have to have completed one of them in order to receive a new daily quest?

I'm on EST, and I've waited till Midnight, 1AM, and last night I waited all the way till 3AM. Each time I still had a new daily quest the next morning.

I guess I'd also like to know, if I happened to be awake at such a time as the quests cycled, would I need to restart HearthStone to see the new one?

What time do Hearthstone quests reset?

You will be given a new daily quest every day at midnight (server time), if you have an open slot on your quest log. Similarly, you will be given a new weekly quest every Monday, if you have an open slot. If a new quest is not received after 48 hours try the following: Reset your account password.

Can you play 2 quests at once Hearthstone?

Only one Quest can be in play per hero at a time. Any Quest currently in play must be completed before a second Quest can be played.

How often can you reroll weekly quests Hearthstone?

You can reroll one weekly quest per day, so you should be able to reroll it tomorrow.

How many daily quests can you have in Hearthstone?

Players can only have 3 daily quests and 3 weekly quests active at any time.
