Where does Kyogre respawn after beating the Elite Four? [duplicate]

In Alpha Sapphire I fainted Kyogre in order to carry on with the story (and I forgot to get Pokeballs) and now I've defeated the Elite Four and can't find it anywhere! I've checked the Cave of Origin and the Seafloor Cavern and still can't find it. Please help.

Renter the Cave of Origin. On the second floor when going down, there is the normal stair-case, as well as another entrance to the west. Take the entrance and keep going downwards that way. You should eventually be able to encounter Kyogre in another room.

Can you still catch Kyogre if it faints?

PSA: If you faint Groudon/kyogre during the story they will reappear after beating the Elite Four.

If you have your Master Ball, you can use it on Kyogre to catch it instantly. You only have one though!

Does Kyogre spawn in Alpha Sapphire?

The Legendary Pokemon Groudon is exclusive to Omega Ruby and Kyogre is exclusive to Alpha Sapphire. To get them both, you will need to trade with friends or own both versions. These Pokemon can be found in the Cave of Origin just before the eighth gym.
