Why can't I record PvZGW?

I decided to record some PvZGW the other day with Bandicam. My problem I that no window shows up to record on Bandicam even when I select the game multiple times. I have tried restarting Bandicam as well as the game but that doesn't seem to help. How can I fix this?

How do I fix garden warfare?

To fix the problem of Garden Warfare not starting up, perform a hard restart. To do this, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on. The system will turn off. When you hit the button again, it will start and display the green start-up screen.

Are the PvZ GW servers still up?

GW1 are servers are still up and decently active (at least on Xbox 1, dunno on the other platforms) but I would recommend GW2 more, since it's more active.
