When you defeat all big bosses on hard mode with The Lost you are supposed to get the Godhead achievement. However, I did not. Why?

How do you unlock Godhead rebirth?

To obtain "Godhead" you will only have to complete your post-it on hardmode as the Lost - it is not necessary to do so as any other character. (I have only completed Mom's Heart as everyone else in hardmode.)

How do you progress repentance binding of Isaac?

Notes. Godhead is a special item. The damaging aura gets bigger with items that make tears bigger, e.g. Pupula Duplex.

What does Godhead do binding of Isaac?

To 100% the game you evidently have to unlock everything. And the only way to do that is to play, play, and play some more with all the characters, fill out the post-its, do all the challenges, find all the items and do some other things.
