Why do some of my 4* heroes have a lower feather cost to unlock potential?
Unlocking a 4* hero's potential usually costs 20,000 feathers. I just noticed that for some heroes, it's a bit less, like 19,100.
Surprisingly, those heroes all have a similar light-blue avatar background:
