Why don't my items show up?
Can anybody tell me how to solve this please?

Looks like you're unable to connect to the item server. This occasionally happens and is completely normal. Wait a few hours and it should be back.

Log out of your account, then log back in and try your action again. Restart your device. Switch between your wireless internet and cellular data, in case the problem is related to your connection.
