Will preorder skins be usable on all of my PSN accounts?
Ok so I bought Overwatch on my primary PSN account and I was wondering if the skins will also be present on other accounts if I use them on the same PS4?

Does DLC apply to all accounts PS4?
You would have to check individually for the game concerned, but the PlayStation Store states that the license allows you to use the DLC and Games on any console where you are activated as primary (which means any other user can use the same content), and one other console you have signed into, but only for your user ...Can you play downloaded PS4 games on different accounts?
Yes, you can. To do this, the account that bought the game must set the second PS4 as its "primary" PS4. ( Settings --> PSN --> "Activate as Your Primary PS4" ) Anyone on the second PS4 will be able to play games that your main account has downloaded to it.I GOT FORTNITE SKINS USING PSN CODES!
