Yes, to be able to play online multiplayer at the same time on separate consoles, you will need two separate accounts, each with an Xbox Live Gold membership.

you can only have one console set as home which will then be able to use your games and gold/gamepass on any account on that console, the other console you would need to be signed in to use any content.

Can you link two Xbox 360s together?

You can connect two to four Xbox 360 consoles together for system link play by using Xbox 360 Wireless Networking Adapters or the built-in wireless networking in an Xbox 360 S or Xbox 360 E console. Each console's wireless networking adapter communicates with the other adapters.

How many home Xbox can you have at once?

Declaring a console as your Home Xbox is important for a few reasons, but if you haven't ever declared one, it'll be done for you the first time you sign in to an Xbox One and save your password to that console. You can only have one Home Xbox at a time, but you can sign into your account on multiple consoles.
