Are Ability Points limited to a certain maximum number?
I've been happily upgrading my skills as I need them, without an overall strategy in mind. However it's dawned on me that there is no way to reassign points.
This makes me wonder, what is the maximum number of ability points available in the game? Will I be able to spread my points, or would picking a specialisation benefit me more?

as of the most recent Update, 99 from leveling, 30 from Places of Power, 2 from the Magic Acorn, 1 from the Golden Egg, that totals out to 132. And, with 280 points needed to max, that leaves 148 points still required, (I think) you can get points from the egg, Acorn, and the PoPs. You can get all perks, if you go through the game 4 times, going through the 5th ~half way through, not to mention, Mutations... adding a whole extra playthrough (all the way 5 times, 6th ~half way)

You can actually reassign the points if you purchase an item from Keira in her home. It's 1000 coins so use it wisely! And you only get one use but you can buy more than one.
