Attack not being counted in clan war

My attack in clan war is not getting counted. Most of the time, only one attack gets counted and the second one does not.

My troops are gone but I don't get any loot and still it shows 1 attack remaining.

I am using BlueStacks on my laptop to play Clash of Clans. I have experienced this problem for some days.

It sounds like your connection get disconnected every once in a while and the game doesn't immediately kick you out if that happens. It tries to reconnect a few times before it gives up. I think during your attack you were offline and that's why it didn't register the attack.

Can you attack in the clan war?

There are two phases in a clan war, the preparation day and the battle day. Each participant can attack twice during the battle day. At the end of the war, the clan that earns more stars from attacking wins the clan war.

Who wins clan war if tied?

The outcome of a Clan War is determined by which Clan manages to get the most stars during the war, or on total destruction percentage if Stars are tied. If more than one player raids a given base, only the strongest attack will be counted toward your Clan's final score.

What if both clans get 30 stars?

If the number of stars scored by both clans are equal then they would break the tie by comparing average destruction percentage of best attacks of both the clans. If both clans deal the same amount of stars and total destruction, then the war will be considered a draw.

Can you attack someone twice in clan war?

You get two attacks during a Clan War and you can attack any base you like (just not the same one twice.)
