Is Azir's Attackspeed bonus from his passive maxed at 80%?
He gains 2% Attackspeed for every 1% Cooldown reduction. That being said, can you get more than 80% Attackspeed by having more than 40% CDR (even though obviously it would still be capped at 40%)
Best Answer
It seems pretty clear as it is: it scales with your cooldown reduction. You can't have more than 40% CDR. So you can't have more than 80% bonus AS from Azir's passive. No trick or trap here :p

What is Azir passive?
Passive: Azir gains bonus Attack Speed. When Azir has 3 or more Sand Soldiers, this bonus doubles for 5 seconds. Active: Azir summons a Sand Soldier for 10 seconds. When Azir attacks an enemy in a soldier's range, the soldier attacks in his stead, stabbing the target for magic damage.Does Azir do physical damage?
No, Azir's Sand Soldiers scale with AP only. Even though they auto-attack Azir's target, they only do magic damage. So the more Ability Power Azir has, the more damage his soldiers will do.What damage does Azir do?
When Azir selects an enemy in a soldier's attack range, the Sand Soldier attacks in his stead, dealing 50 \u2212 150 (based on level) (+ 60% AP) magic damage in a line. Targets beyond the closest take 25 / 50 / 75 / 100% (based on level) damage. Subsequent Sand Soldiers beyond the first deal 25% damage. How old is Azir?
Based on the timeline in Realms of Runeterra and his lore, Azir is between 3000 \u2013 3050 years old.Sources: Stack Exchange - This article follows the attribution requirements of Stack Exchange and is licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0.
