Can someone explain how do you stack Yasuo's E?
My friend told me you could stack his E, more dashes more damage? He also told me that after four dashes his shield instantly recovers. Is this true?

Yes you can stack his E, and it does recover his shield somewhat.
From wiki:
Each cast increases the next dash's base damage by 25% for 5 seconds, up to 50% bonus damage.
Sweeping Blade will generate ~7% of Yasuo's maximum flow innately as Flow-generation is based on distance traveled.
