Connect Logitech Z120 to PS4 Console

Connect Logitech Z120 to PS4 Console - Person Holding Sony Ps4 Dualshock 4

I am looking to setup my ps4 to play audio through speakers. I have a few questions. Here is my layout that I plan to use:

Monitor 1 (Connected to PC)

Monitor 2 (Connected to PS4)

Audio Switch (Takes PC Audio and PS4 Audio, Outputs to Speakers)

Logitech Z120 Speakers (Takes Audio from Switch)

How would I connect the PS4 console directly to the Audio Switch, it takes 3.5mm but the PS4 is optical. What would I need? Also, when I plug headphones into my controller, will the audio still play out the speakers or default to the headphones?
