Dark Souls 2: invade a world with a friend and online mechanics
I played Dark Souls (and it was amazing) offline, so I don't know well how the invasion mechanics works.
Can I invade a world with a friend? If yes, how?
And can someone explain me what are the advantages of playing online with the possibility of invade and being invaded?

Dark Souls 2 has an unique multiplayer system in which players can invade into each others worlds. This can happen in various ways and with different purposes. To invade another world, players need to use a Cracked Red Eye Orb. Cracked Red Eye Orbs can be found looted from fallen enemies or in treasure chests.
