I have an objective to Level up 24 Dwellers. This will take some time. I am wondering about the guys in my production rooms. Every once in a while they get XP and they will level up eventually. But is the given XP based solely on the fact that they are in the room, or does them working vs standing arround while the resources have not been collected make a difference?

So will they gain more XP and level faster if I spend more time in the game, thus collecting more resources?

How do you make dwellers level up faster?

S.P.E.C.I.A.L Stats I have done my own personal testing; with max stats a dweller at level 1 should reach level 50 between 3 - 5 days in the Wasteland depending on RNG events. They also earn between 1000 and 5000 caps a day. All stats max out at 10. This is important to remember for Endurance.

How long does it take for a dweller to level up?

You can build 2-3 rooms of the same type and level next to one another to build a larger room which can hold more dwellers and create more resources. Moreover, most rooms can be upgraded in order to increase production and storage. These are the only methods to vertical travel throughout a vault.

How do you increase productivity in fallout shelter?

Generally, each room can facilitate two dwellers. Merged rooms may be occupied by up to 6 dwellers. Production rooms require a specific S.P.E.C.I.A.L trait to run, while training rooms increase a specific trait of the selected dwellers.
