Future Retro Achievement does not activate

I played the Red Menace game in Vault 111 and the Grognak game on my PipBoy, but didn't get the achievement, is there any way to get the achievement if it's not giving it to me now?

I've attempted to restart Fallout 4, restart Steam, even attempt to get it on a different character, but no luck. I know that for certain games you can delete the achievements folder and then verify the integrity of the game cache, but I haven't figured out how to do that yet.
