/give an MCPE skin head in MCPC

/give an MCPE skin head in MCPC - Green Reptile

I have a skin in MCPE, but I want to get the head in minecraft PC.

/give @p skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:MCPENAME} doesn't work, it gives the non-existant Minecraft PC character, not the MCPE one. How do I /give myself the MCPE skull?

If you have access to MC:PC, which I assume you do from this question, you can simply change your skin to the MC:PE skin, and run the command again with your MC:PC username. You can then change your skin back, but the skull you /gived will still have the MC:PE skin.

Unfortunately, the MCPE names are easily changeable. That means that many people could have the name "Steve" or similar. There is no way to distinguish the skins. If you wanted an MCPE head, I would put the MCPE skin onto an actual minecraft account. Then use the command.
