Giving XP to my ADC

Giving XP to my ADC - Woman Giving Tissues to a Sad Woman

I'm a support main in a pretty low in ELO. I don't play with other ADCs besides my brother or another great friend of mine.
While watching some of the LCS games, I noticed that the supports are usually way behind in experience points than anyone else on the team.

How can I give my AD carry more experience in the laning phase while making sure they still do well?
I don't want to stay and soak up the experience, or roam and leave my ADC to start losing.

What support goes well with ADC?

Aphelios and Thresh are two of the best champions in the game in their respective roles. Aphelios is a hyper-carry ADC who loves to get up close and deal heavy damage. Thresh is a support who can hook enemies and pull them closer to the ally team and set up kills.

Is ADC a good role?

ADC is the most mechanically intensive role because you have to balance your movement with being able to maximize your auto-attacks and abilities. If you can walk the line, however, you'll be able to carry your team in fights with your incredible damage output.

What lanes can ADC go?

These champions can be played as ADC in the Bottom Lane; however, most commonly they are played else where in other roles. Also note: there is a timer used to pick your champion. If you fail to select a champion before the time runs out you will be removed from the game.

How to not fall behind in League?

You can prevent falling from behind and get your next power spike by going into a side lane and picking up the crashing waves. This is XP and gold that is going to waste, so make sure you spend time moving from lane to lane and picking up side waves when possible.
