How can I access the in-game console?

I have some commands that I'd like to type in the console. How can I access the console so I am able to do this?

Once you've launched CS:GO, you'll be brought to a main menu screen.

Click the settings cog at the bottom left of the screen and then head on over to the \u201cGame Settings\u201d tab.
