How can I keep the same colors during daylight cycle?

I'm trying to develop a program to mine blocks based on color recognition, but when the color has been set during the day and it's night or vice versa the color changes just enough to not recognize it. Is there a way to keep the colors similar without changing the daylight cycle setting? (I have my brightness all the way up)

Use a redstone clock, spamming this command:
/effect minecraft:night_vision 10 1 true

How do you make a permanent Day in Minecraft?
First of all, you need to set /gamerule doDaylightCycle to false, to stop the natural daylight cycle. From here, we are going to use command blocks ( /give <username> command_block ), some redstone, and the command /time add <number> to control the daylight cycle. How to decrease daytime in Minecraft?
/gamerule doDaylightCycle added, which turns the daylight cycle on or off.1: Day Night Cycle - Sun Movement and Color
