How can I make it so one person can see a block but another can't using spigot or command blocks?

How can I make it so one person can see a block but another can't using spigot or command blocks? - Little Boy Carrying Can

I'm trying to make an RPG but don't know how to have blocks (like a wall or gate) be there, unless you finish a quest, but another person didn't do this quest yet the blocks are still there.

Basically one person can see the wall but the other can't.

How could I fix this?

How do you detect if a player is looking at a block in Minecraft?

A command block is a block that can execute commands. Because it cannot be obtained or edited in Survival mode without cheats, it is primarily used on multiplayer servers, in Creative worlds, and custom maps.
