I have a Rapid Pulser connected to a Command Block, coordinates to the middle of nowhere, and when I get even 300 blocks close to it, it warps me to the coordinates. How can I destroy these blocks without getting close?

If you know some coordinates around it then you can use this:
/setblock x y z air 0 replace

How do you get rid of repeating command blocks?
Go into your world settings. Scroll down to the cheats section and you should see "Command Blocks enabled" or something like that. Flick that off and the command block should stop. If you don't want your chat to be spammed like that, type /gamerule commandblockoutput false .What does a repeating command block do?

Next fly inside the command block
