How to access Lady Liberty Island
I have completed the main story of the game and I'm traversing the city for collectables, but whenever I come close to Lady Liberty Island the game tells me it's closed to the public. Personally, I wouldn't try to keep out a police officer but this city somehow does.
What do I need to unlock to access Lady Liberty Island? A specific character (like superstrength) or am I missing something else?

How do you unlock Lady Liberty Island?
To reach Lady Liberty Island, Chase McCain must travel to the Promenade Gardens in Downtown and use his Rex Fury disguise to lift a large orange-handled box which sits in the middle of the Gardens. Lifting the box will drop a pile of LEGO pieces. McCain can then assemble the pieces to form a teleport station.Where is the ferry to Liberty Island in Lego City Undercover?

Walk along the ledge until reaching a Teleporter. Use the teleporter and from the teleport destination, use the Fireman to put out the fire on Lady Libery's torch. With the fire out, jump or jetpack over to the top of the torch and ride a zipline down.
