How to detect destroyed blocks in Minecraft [duplicate] - White Metal High-rise Viewing Deck Building

Ok so I want to make a minigame map. One of the minigames is destroy spawners. So i'm wondering if i can make a system that detects destroyed blocks (in this case: spawners) to test if a player win or not.

If the spawners are in set locations, then yes. You can constantly check if the spawner is broken. If you want to detect who broke it, then probably not.

How do you detect the A block is broken in Minecraft?

According to the fandom page on /clone you can test whether a player has broken any blocks by /cloning the region the player is in to another location far away, then /cloning the same region. If any blocks have changed, it should result in the number of blocks that were changed.
