I'd like to complete a task collecting 40 epic points. However, there's no epic project in my city at the moment. How can I collect epic points for that?

Starting Epic ProjectsFind it in the Government - Services menu. Look for bubbles with the winged golden helmet icon near your Specialization buildings. Tap it and then drag the required Simoleons to the buildings to start your Epic Projects.
