Simcity-buildit: Where do gifts appear in neighboring cities
When one visits a neighbor to trade, every now and then you get a gift. Do they appear anywhere on the map, or close to Global Trade HQ ? I don't want to have to search the entire town for that reward which seems to appear in average every 10 visits or so.

The city gives a gift to each 3rd person to visit them. You can bounce between a few friends and will find that once you collect the gift if you go back 3 more times you'll get another one.How do you accept gifts on SimCity?

You can get expansion items through tapping opinion bubbles, opening gifts in other mayor's cities, watching video ads, finding them in the Global Trade HQ, purchasing them for 24 Simcash a piece, the Golden Chest, Event Tracks, Mayor's Pass, the Neomall and the Club Challenge.
