How to get to the maximum Templar Reputation in Assassins Creed Revelations?
So I've been trying to get my Templar rep maxed out. I keep getting close and then it drops for no reason. I don't bribe a herald or kill a witness or anything. I killed a few guards in a group and ran from the rest, which is how I've been raising it (already own all the buildings sadly) and when it went from blue to green (all clear) it dropped 50%!

You can get the maximum number of assassins (12) and do their unique missions, but when ended, they will join the assassins but not your own assassins.
