How to rotate the 'FallingSand' blocks with /setblock?
I was wondering how to change the rotation of my dispenser in this command:
/summon FallingSand ~ ~ ~ {Block:"minecraft:dispenser",Time:1}
It faces down when it is spawned; how can I change it to face east?

The way I do it is I use the /fill command. If you want to change a block to another block, or just delete it, look at the block, and do /fill (press tab 3 times) (block that you want to replace it with.) If you want to replace it with nothing, do the same command, but replace the block with Minecraft:air.How do you rotate a block on fill?
