I'd like to transfer MCBE worlds to and from my Nintendo Switch.

I know that one way to do it is using a Realm, as detailed in this other question, but I would like to do it for free, and sticking with non-third party methods only (although I am open to using homebrew).

Which method would be best to transfer my worlds?

Can you transfer your Minecraft world to Nintendo switch?

In Minecraft (Bedrock Version), select Sync Old Worlds on the bottom of the worlds list in the play menu. This will find any worlds on the device from the Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition and display them below Old Worlds. Select any of the worlds displayed to convert it to the Bedrock edition.
