I want to install Steam on two different locations
I would like if possible to install Steam at two different locations, physically separate on two different IP addresses (MACs) and can play games purchased. It's my house and my cottage, where I could play on both computers.

No, this is not possible unfortunately. Steam stores all* of it's games in the /steamapps subfolder in the installation directory. *There are some games that, for whatever reason, install themselves outside of this folder, but it's not something that you can control/decide.Can you have 2 games on one Steam?
