How can i back up my world every 10-15 minutes automatically or auto back it up when i save and exit
I would need this to work with both FTB and updated Minecraft.

How do I backup my survival world?
Select the world that you'd like to back up and click on the 'Edit' button. This button will be towards the bottom left of your screen. A list of options will appear on your screen. One of these options will be the 'Make Backup' button.How do I backup my Minecraft world?
