Minecraft, reactivate Iron Farm NBT Data

we built a fully working Iron Farm on our Survival Vanilla Server after this video:
.It worked for about a month, then i accidently broke it. Now all 32 Villages fell together into one Village which is horrible because it was pretty annoying to built this farm.
We tried:
- Shutdownserver
- Reupload the NBT File for the Iron Farm which has the 32 Villages split up still
- Restart the Server
- We also refilled the Dropper with the roses before that
It still renders all 32 Villages into one after restarting the server, even after we replaced the NBT File with the old - correct - version.
Anyone has any solutions on how to reactivate the farm with 32 Villages without the whole door placing mechanism?
Thanks!

What do you do when your iron farm stops working?
5) Iron farmIron farms are AFK-able and do not require a player to run them. However, the chunk must be loaded for villagers to spawn iron golems. Players can use chunk loaders to run the farm if they travel away from it.Does iron farm need AFK?
Villiger spawn iron golems periodically, so having a village near an iron farm means there is a risk that an iron golem from the village will wonder too close to the farm and prevent more iron golems from spawning. Villagers also won't spawn an iron golem if they haven't slept recently.NubTech's VUAIF v2 - The NEW Densest Iron Farm in Minecraft - 11100 Iron/h - (Java 1.16.2+)
