Minecraft: Server problems

Minecraft: Server problems - Man in Black and White Plaid Dress Shirt Holding Black Smartphone

I have this problem in my server, let me explain it:

This Friday me and my friends bought a server on creeperhost.net, it's working great etc. We have been playing on the server now for two days on my laptop.

But then I switched from my laptop and started to play it on my new PC. The same server but now I'm having a weird problem. When I log in, I can't interact with the world, when I break a tree I don't get the log drop, whatever I do I can't do anything. 30 seconds later I get disconnected with the weird message "Internal exception: Java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out"

Why is my Minecraft server not working?

Possible solutions are: Check that your network connection is enabled, and that no programs are blocking outgoing connections. Try disabling any existing firewall program, or changing its configuration options. Restart your modem/router.

What happened to the Minecraft server?

Minecraft fans were recently thrown into panic mode by reports that the server would be shutting down in December 2020, making this the final year for the game's block-based communities to thrive. Concerns that Minecraft was beginning to wind down started in June 2019, when the game's Story Mode was pulled.
