Minecraft Villager not breeding and villagers not moving

Minecraft Villager not breeding and villagers not moving - Man riding card in sandy desert

I built this village Breeder on my server and it was working just fine. They were breeding and generating new villagers. I decided to build an automatic wheat, potato and carrot farm with those villagers, so I moved 6 villagers (2 per farm and 1 brown coat per farm) to the farm area.

On a simple test, the wheat farm was working and I got 30 breads within 20 minutes.

Since the breeder was REALLY full, more than 30 villagers (after the relocation), I decided to kill some of them. I built a water stream underground leading to a block full of lava. I know 100% I dind't killed a single villager with a sword or anything comming from my player.

Now, there is nothing working. The villager breeder is stoped, the farms, everything. The villagers doesn't even move. They are stopped on the same block the whole day (i was checking from time to time). They are in the same position, not breeding, not farming, not planting, nothing. Just standing still.

Any ideas what is going on?

I'm playong on minecraft version 1.10.

Your minecraft game is lagging. Try closing all things other than minecraft, and that may help. Otherwise, restart your computer. If that still doesn't work, you have too much going on in that world.

Why wont my villagers breed Minecraft?

When there are enough beds and the villagers are willing they will breed on their own. The only time villagers won't naturally breed is after an automatic consensus claims the villager population is too large to continue natural villager breeding.

Why are my villagers not moving in?

Sometimes, though, a villager will not immediately accept your invite to move in. They may say they have things to take care of back home, or another reason why they don't feel like they can move to your island. This has nothing to do with available plots on your island or how many villagers are currently living there.

Why are my villagers angry and not breeding?

Villagers tend to get angry whenever you destroy their beds or workstations. Therefore, give them a reason to be happy. Simply make new houses for them to stay in and let them do their stuff.

Can villager breeding fail?

Make sure there is enough empty space in the house and 2 blocks above each bed for the baby to jump. You also should make sure there is a door and you are not looking at the villagers while they breed. Show activity on this post. There is not enough head space for the villagers, so they cannot breed.
