My Minecraft skin has been turned inside out
Best Answer
Your skin has a solid black outer layer. I'd guess that this happened because you saved it with a tool that doesn't support transparency (e.g: MS Paint).
If you want to modify skins, you'll need to use a tool such as Paint.net which does support transparency.

Why does my Minecraft skin look weird?
By the looks of your texture pack, it seems the game is trying to wrap an 8x8 skin around a 32x32 body. Usually Minecraft would catch that and keep it from contorting, but for an unknown reason it didn't. Try disabling the texture pack, restarting the game, or upload the default Steve skin and re-upload your own.How do I restore my Minecraft skin?
It appears to go away if the game is updated or if it's reinstalled. You can wait for an update to the game if the above solutions do not work or you can uninstall and reinstall the game. Before you uninstall the game, make sure you back up all your worlds. The back up option is built into the game. Why is my skin not working on Minecraft?
I solved this issue by deleting the image inside the Minecraft>games >com. mojang>minecraftpe folder and redownloading the image file from The Skindex (where I created my custom skin). Now it appears the same as before. I reported this bug too.How To Fix Minecraft Custom Skin Not Showing [EASY FIX]!
