Recover lost village without Google+ [duplicate]

I got the code of my lost COC village, but I wasn't able to recover it because my Google Play services is outdated and I don't have enough internal memory to upgrade Google Play.

There is no way to open CoC without updating Google Play services, so pretty much your only chance is updating Google Play Services. Try removing a few apps.

If you can't access the game, or don't have an e-mail set up on your device, you can directly e-mail them at clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net and support will help you as soon as possible. If you have emailed them directly you must include the details of the new village as well!
