Restoring my Tiny Tower progress from Game Center?

Game Center says I have 66 floors, but when I go in the game the pop up about restoring my account doesn't appear.

I'm already logged into my Game Center and have tried:

If you get a new Android phone, to restore game progress, sign in to the same account you used before....Clear storage of the Play Games app

Open your device's Settings app.

Tap Apps & notifications. See all apps.

Scroll down and tap Google Play Games.

Tap Storage. Clear storage.

Reopen the Play Games app.

Connecting to Cloud

Enter the Cloud menu.

At the bottom of your friend code, click Activate.

You will receive an email with the activation code.

Enter the activation code you received via email in the cloud activation area of Tiny Tower.

Cloud enabled!
