SD Card has valid images but wont load in Art Academy Ateiler/Home Studio

So, I loaded an image onto an SD card, hoping I could use it for a reference in Art Academy: Ateiler, but it won't load. I've tried making it any size in between 160x120 and 1024x768 pixels, it's less that 200kb and it's a JPEG image, AND I named it right, but it still won't load.

Any help?
