Steam Community Market - Wait Time Keeps Changing

Steam Community Market - Wait Time Keeps Changing - Round Gold-colored Ethereum Ornament

I have steam cards that I want to sell, but I have to wait for the restriction to be lifted. BUT the problem with this is that the day the restriction gets lifted changes and becomes an even longer wait. The first original date was for the 30/11/2015, it changed again (still was unable to use the market). It then changed to 20/1/2016.

Change of Date again

(I went to New Zealand for the holidays from Australia. If this would have any effect on this, then please tell me).

On a side note, I Used to not have steam wallet funds, because the games that I have bought are from the store (JB-HI-FI, EB Games etc.) and are activated by code (Steam gift cards are expensive $50 = $72 AUD).

How long do I need to wait to use Steam market?

Who is eligible to participate in the Community Market? The account must have a successful purchase older than 7 days, but not older than a year. Additionally, Steam Guard must be enabled for 15 days.

Why do I have to wait 7 days to trade on Steam?

When you cancel a trade that is being held by Steam, we'll presume that you intercepted a hijacker and you'll see a 7 day trading cooldown to prevent any further unauthorized attempts to trade away items. This cooldown is for your protection and cannot be removed by Steam Support.

Why do I have to wait 15 days to trade on Steam?

This is because you'll confirm trades and Market listings from the mobile app. We require Steam Guard (via email or mobile authenticator) to be enabled for 15 days to help protect your items and Steam Wallet funds from being misused by someone who may have illicitly obtained your password.

How do I bypass Steam Community market ban?

You can't use the Steam Community Market if your Steam account is limited. In order to remove this restriction, you must have spent $5 on Steam. The only way of using it without a purchase would be by adding $5 to your account (you don't necessarily have to spend it), or by activating a Steam gift card.
