Street Fighter V won't let me sign in

When I launch the game (steam), this message pops up: "Gameplay will continue in offline mode. You must log in again to the server to use network functions."

I have had the game for 3 days, reinstalled it and I am still having the same issue.

How do I fix Street Fighter V not opening?

Inside the Windows Security menu, click on Virus & threat protection, then click on Manage settings (under Virtus & Threat protection settings). Restart your computer and launch Street Fighter at the next system startup.
