Summoning invincible boats and minecarts

Is there a way that I can summon an invincible minecart and or boat? These are some methods that I think might work, but I haven't had time to test.

/summon Boat ~ ~ ~ {ActiveEffects:[{Id:11,Amplifier:255,Duration:37200}]}

/summon MinecartRideable ~ ~ ~ {ActiveEffects:
[{Id:11,Amplifier:255,Duration:37200}]}

So, is this the correct way, or am I doing it wrong? If I am doing it wrong, please tell me the correct method. Thanks! Also, for those curious as to why I might wonder this, here is a link to one of my other questions. Making mobs invincible (Just look at my answer to my own question.)

Make a track of 10 powered rails.

Place a boat at the end of the track.

Place a minecart at the begin of the track, push it. \u2192 Boat is now riding the minecart.

Can boats go into Minecarts?

When a boat is placed in a minecart\u200c [JavaEditiononly], the minecart travels faster on rails, approximately as fast as on powered rails. The movement in the boat minecart is glitchy and moving forward with the W key moves the cart backward relative to the player, and vice versa for moving backward with the S key.

How do you make a invisible boat in Minecraft?

Since the new update you are able to make item frames invisible using {Invisible:True}. This feature should also apply to boats using {Invisible:True}.
