I was wondering if there was a way to check if something is said in chat with command blocks. Checking if it was said with /say or /me would be great as well. PC and PE would be great. Thanks!

How do you Testfor a command block?

Type the command in the chat window and press the Enter key to run the command. Once the cheat has been entered, the testfor command will check for mooshrooms. You will see the message "Found Mooshroom" appear in the lower left corner of the game window for each mooshroom found within 50 blocks of you.

How do you get a command block to show messages in chat?

No. Command blocks can't respond to arbitrary text. For OP players you can add a custom gamerule that they can set, but that's not completely arbitrary text, only works with OP permissions and will get removed in 1.13.
