The fire keeper's eyes (alternate ending)

I am playing the new game+ on Darksouls 3, and I want to try one of the alternate ending;

where you give the fire keeper in firelink shrine the "fire keeper's eyes" item, and then you don't link the final fire after you defeat the Soul of Cinder for one of the alternate endings.

My question is: if you choose this ending, are there any permanent repercussions to doing this, or does it just affect the ending to the current game you are playing? I looked around for the answer to this online, but couldn't find any information.

What happens if I give eyes of a Fire Keeper?

The effects of giving the eyes to the Fire Keeper changes the Firelink Shrine music, changes the Fire Keeper`s dialogue, as well as providing option of the Betrayal Ending.

What happens if you link the first flame?

You're given the option to go into new game plus, if you don't wish to go into NG+ you're sent back to the Firelink Bonfire so you can finish anything that you have not yet completed.

How do you get all the endings in one playthrough in Dark Souls 3?

How to get all 4 endings in one playthrough ( Can only choose one in the end though )

Ending 1: Heal your Dark Sigils, then interact with the first flame.

Ending 2: Summon the Firekeeper.

Ending 3: Summon the Firekeeper, then attack her.

Ending 4: Simply interact with the first flame.
