What are the chances of tools like Paint and Killstreak Kits dropping?
I've been playing TF2 for a while now and I would like to ask if tools like paints, killstreak kits and so on drop randomly, I've checked the wiki but I didn't find anything there.

Paints, Dueling Kits, Name Tags, and Description Tags do drop from the item system. I don't think Killstreak kits drop.
However, tools are rare drops from either the normal or crate drop queue (its not clear which). Meaning that you won't get them that often.
