What happens to a dweller in a training room once their SPECIAL stat is maxed out?
For instance, I have a dweller in the gym. Once his Strength gets to 10, does he
- stay in the Gym, taking up space but otherwise not do anything
- go on Coffee Break, or
- something else

They stay in the training room taking up space, but doing nothing. Instead of a time underneath them, it will say Max Level Reached.

Fallout Shelter Yes, so 17 is the real limit for any stat. Yes, wil still reduce time for production of any room if stat maxed and relevent clothing worn. E.g., a dweller with 1 in Strength will only take about 25 minutes to reach level 2, while someone with 6 will take 6+ hours to reach 7.
