Since the third installment, all Tropico game have been direct expansions over what the previous games built. Tropico 3 and 4 share the same engine, gameplay, UI, you name it. There's no reason to pick Tropico 3 over Tropico 4 because 4 just has more stuff to play with.How do I use Tropico 4?
