What is the cost of having a dupe at 60% stress for Duress to Impress?

My colony is running smoothly with 1 dupe at 0.5% stress and the rest at 0%. So to have a single dupe at 60% stress, I'd have to do quite a lot. Obviously the benefit of +7 to all stats is huge. I took the dupe because even without that I needed a farmer. It's only a small base, cycle 63, this is the 10th dupe and I just got a few refined metals.

I have a second farm plot in a temperature isolated area and slime for my mushrooms must be transported quite far. So Athletics is especially relevant for me. Because of the stress the dupe will likely have very low morale and thus very few jobs.
So what could I do to add stress for this single dupe and how much would this cost? Maybe I could deny it access to the massage table, etc? Are there ways to increase stress without destroying morale?
