If you scrape the sticker on a weapon, what happens to both the weapon and the sticker? Will any of the sticker or weapons receive damage/scratches? Are these purely cosmetically or does it change the actual weapon?

Best Answer

The Weaponskin itself wont get damaged, but the sticker will get damaged more and more (depends on how often you scrape the same sticker) Here is an example: enter image description here

Why is it important to clean weapons?

Over time, firearms can be damaged by buildup, corrosion and rust, and even just regular friction as parts rub together. Regular cleaning can help maintain all the moving parts inside your firearm, stop it from jamming, and keep it functioning for years to come.

Can you destroy guns?

The ATF offers four methods of firearm destruction: melting (smelting), shredding, crushing and cutting. The latter is the only method in which specific acceptable procedures are provided, but regardless of method, regulation requires the method to render firearms incapable of being restored to firing condition.

When should you clean your gun?

As a general rule, it's a good idea to clean your gun after every trip to the shooting range. Defensive firearms that don't get used very frequently should also be cleaned on occasion. Try to give them a deep clean and inspection about once a month.

Why do Guns do so much damage?

The momentum imparted to the bullet by the gun is what makes a gun able to do so much damage. The momentum of an object equals its mass times its velocity. The momentum of an object, and therefore its ability to cause destruction, can be increased by making the object more massive or by making it go faster.
